- Sign in on this page with your account email and password.
- Open Delete my account below your signed-in account.
- Enter your current password, tick the confirmation box, then choose Permanently delete account.
Once the service confirms deletion, your account, profile names and email are removed immediately from the active account service and you are signed out. This cannot be undone.
Previously sent optional reports contain no account email or account ID, so account deletion cannot identify them. They are deleted after 30 days by scheduled maintenance. Separate Guest records expire after 30 days of inactivity. Provider security logs and backups follow their own retention rules. Read the deletion and retention details.
